Rare from New York + Berlin from S. O. 36 Records (The Famous Club in West Berlin), 1979. This ‘Art Work’ precedes Kippenberger’s first solo show by 2 Years (1981). This is a true Berlin Artifact .
A two stapled 7.15” Square, photo-illustrated stapled booklet accompanied by One 7” 45rpm Record (One 45 is missing Complete issue had Two 45 rpm records). Luxus was the name given to the "band" formed by Martin Kippenberger, Eric Mitchell, Film Auteur/Actor, of Films like Underground U.S.A. + Permanent Vacation (1980) by Jim Jarmusch. Christine Hahn (member of the legendary post-punk band The Static with Glenn Branca which can be heard on YouTube.)
I believe this was the one of 2-3 releases on the S. O. 36 label. Again a Nightclub in Sud Ost, which Kippenberger Managed in Berlin. Even famously being beaten up by Berlin Punks!
