This is a rare Martin Kippenberger poster ‘Pop In’ from the portfolio Gute Rückentwicklung kennt keine Ausreden (Good Reverse Development Knows No Excuses), 1987. Along with this is the accompaigning 7" vinyl record 45rpm with the songs ‘Yuppi du’ & ‘Bang Bang’. Both original and rare 7” (Edition of 500 copies, with 25 signed and numbered). This vinyl is unsigned.

Kippenberg has always been a favorite as a saviour of painting in a clown suit. It worked Kippenberger lived a full life and the poster and making music in the early Punk tradition were his favorite mediums.

The Exhibition poster is for Graz, Austria but its a photo of Kippenberger looking out to World Trade Center building is dominant in this Downtown NYC view. A great composition has silver colour used for highlights (City & ground).
