Italian ARREDOLUCE floor lamp 1960s/70s Classic
An articulated and adjustable single arm chrome floor lamp with globe shade, tripod base, and leather handle, that’s very much in the style of the designs by Gino Sarfatti . This Mid-Century Modern floor lamp is in nearly like-new condition from top to bottom. The interior of the globe (or “eyeball”) shade is coated in unblemished matte black paint, and the chrome finish of the shade exterior, arm, stem, base, and fittings is scratch and tarnish-free. The hand-stitched black leather on the cantilevered handle is healthy and intact, and the black leather section of the stem is glossy and complete. The exposed black rubber wiring is supple, and incorporates a convenient original plastic switch. Light can swing around in a 360° direction. Still shining after all these years!
