A unusual offering direct from Paris! A French Tabloid DÉTECTIVE N°1424 NOV 1973 + Kiosk Poster. To say its salacious is easy but for sure it’s Rare! This is a Two item lot: Newspaper & Kiosk Poster.

Le Nouveau Détective (as it is now called) is a French weekly news item created by Éditions Gallimard in 1928 under the original title of Détective, and then published by Les Éditions Nuit et Jour. After bringing together prestigious signatures between the 1930s and 1960s, this newspaper was often decried from the 1970s, as much for its advertising methods playing on the sensational as for its content. It was subject to a ban on sale to minors and a ban on advertising, its publication stopped and then resumed.

We see a Beautiful 70’s French Brunette in a sheer top and Bikini bottoms. Crazily no matter even if its The National Enquirer or this 'Rag' The Kennedy's of America are mentioned. "La Malédiction des Kennedy" (The curse of the Kennedy's) as written on Magazine and Poster copy!

Not sure if this was marketed to both Men and Women as its heightened sexuality is high (for Men) or is just European openness with no distinction or was meant for a specific M or F readership. Probably all, The Wife wanted to read it and the Husband didn’t mind seeing it! That image in the Home- Lace, Family Fotos, Scandal, and Sex!
